Bridal Jubilee 2024, our fourth annual bridal fair, was an enormous success! Planning began six months earlier with a deliberate day by day, week by week schedule of brainstorming, designing, and executing!
Forty-seven vendors descended on Stelzenhaus Hall on the infamous Wurstfest property in the German community of New Braunfels, Texas, on Friday, December 6rh and Saturday, December 7th to create beautiful, welcoming, and engaging booths for our expected guests! The end result was stunning!
Our guests began arriving on Sunday, December 8th at 12:00. Soon after, the hall was abuzz! Mike from Southern Gentlemen Entertainment was our emcee. Every quarter hour, Mike drew a name from our basket to give away a prize donated by one of the attending vendors saving our two grand prize drawings for the end of our event.
In advertising the events in the weeks and months prior, we stressed to our brides that this event was for the purpose of not only finding the vendors they needed but also booking those vendors. When a bride booked a vendor, they rang the bell at that vendor’s booth to celebrate. A steading ringing of bells could be heard throughout the afternoon. We had the largest number of bookings yet!
Jessica from Heaven Sent Events, our runway extraordinaire, brought a gorgeous runway show for brides to enjoy with the help of Celebrations Bridal and Prom.
Wanderlust Travel Company donated our grand prize, four nights and five days at an all-inclusive resort in Cancun! Also, a bridal shower valued at over 10,000 was also given away to one of our lucky brides.
