About: It all started with a passion for food and a love for community. In 2007, Jimmy Lyn’s Catering was born, but this isn’t your typical story.

Founded by Jimmy Fagala, a seasoned traveler from the oil and gas industry, and his wife Cayce, a dedicated counselor, Jimmy Lyn’s Catering was inspired by a deep appreciation for the art of BBQ.

Jimmy’s travels took him across the nation, where he sought out the best BBQ joints, interviewed over 500 pit masters, and honed his craft through countless experiments.

What began as backyard BBQs with family and friends soon blossomed into a thriving catering business, and we’ve been serving up smiles ever since.

My daughter and I chose Jimmy Lyn’s Event and Catering for her wedding October 3rd, 2020. I had previously heard of Jimmy Lyn’s and how their food was so good. After attending a tasting their was no doubt it was Jimmy Lyn’s for my daughter’s wedding. The hardest part was deciding on the menu for her wedding. All the options were delicious! We decided on the brisket and sausage. The sides were Granma’s green beans, scalloped potatoes (a signature dish), spring mix salad and rolls. At the last minute we decided to have a cocktail hour so added appetizers. The appetizers were served on individual plates to the guests. Everyone loved the food! Guests kept coming up saying the food was exceptional! All night they kept saying how good everything was. And the brisket was the best they have ever had! And it is not just the exceptional food but the owners and staff as well. The owners and the staff are amazing! They worked so hard making sure everything was just right. As I said the hardest part is selecting the menu since all is so good! After that they take over and you have nothing to worry about. If ever need a caterer for your wedding or any event Jimmy Lyn’s is the one. Thank you Jimmy Lyn’s!

Top Notch Catering at Jimmy Lyn's! Not only was the food AMAZING, the staff was just as wonderful. The catering went flawlessly with this company. While we are from Texas, some of our wedding guests were from Arizona, California, Nevada - everyone including all the TEXANS said best brisket they had ever tasted. Simply the best! Behind the scenes at my son's wedding was chaotic. We were ahead of schedule, then behind schedule. Then a few mis steps and I found myself asking for favors.
