Do you provide the alcohol?
No, due to Texas liquor laws, we cannot provide alcohol. However, we can help you calculate the amount needed and recommend where to purchase it. This allows you to choose your favorite brands and keep any leftovers.
How do I reserve my event date?
To reserve your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required, or a full payment at the time of booking.
This deposit will be applied to your final balance. You can pay via credit card, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
How much does it cost to hire a bartender?
Our pricing varies based on the type of event, number of guests, and services required. With our booking system, we try to make the process as easy as possible. Feel free to contact us for a custom quote tailored to your specific needs using the form on this page.
How many bartenders do I need?
The number of bartenders depends on your guest count.
Typically, we recommend:
1 bartender for up to 100 guests
2 bartenders for 200 guests
3 bartenders for 300 guests
Event over 400 guests, multiple bars and bartenders
What services do you provide?
We offer a range of services including bar rental, TABC-certified bartenders, bar tools, fresh juices and mixers, ice, disposable drinkware, garnishes, and personalized drink menus. We also provide non-alcoholic options like mocktails.
Can I customize the bar setup?
Absolutely! Our bars are designed to be unbranded, allowing you to personalize them to match your event theme. Additionally, we offer barrel tables and wine walls for an extra service charge. Alternatively, you are welcome to use your own staging and decorations.
